Founded in 1969, Natura is a Brazilian multinational in the cosmetics and personal care segment, and a leader in direct sales in Brazil.

Through its sustainable business model Natura has worked for more than 20 years in the Amazon forest protecting 2.2 million hectares of Pan-Amazon and generating benefits to more than 10,000 families. Carbon neutral since 2007, and now on its way to net zero, Natura products are cruelty free and 95% vegan. With over 14,500 employees and 3.5 million Beauty Consultants in Latin America, Natura operates in 14 countries. In 2014, Natura became the first publicly traded company to attain B Corp™ certification. This milestone was subsequently reaffirmed through renewals in 2017 and 2020. Currently, Natura is pursuing its fourth recertification, set for completion in 2024. Natura’s EKOS line is certified by the Union for Ethical Biotrade (UEBT).

Avon International is responsible for managing Avon brand operations worldwide, outside Latin America.

At Avon, we believe a better world for women is a better world for all. We are the beauty brand for women embracing their power, inspiring their confidence and providing opportunities to realise their potential. Millions of independent sales Representatives across the world sell iconic Avon brands through their social networks and more than 20% of every sale helps to create better futures for women. We stand for progress for women: we believe in listening to women’s needs, speaking out about issues that matter and creating positive change. Through Avon and the Avon Foundation, we’ve donated over $1.1billion, with a focus on tackling gender violence and breast cancer.
